For the 40th Rengsdorfer public walking tour with 28 th  Int. Westerwaldhike:
Athletic Club Rengsdorf 1892 e.V. and Spa Administration Rengsdorf invite you to:
 13 th International 50km Westerwald run in Rengsdorf on
 2 nd  of Mai 2010 Himmelfahrt (Ascension day)
Partial stages 31km, 21km, 10km

Start: 8.00 a.m at the Freibad (open air bath) Rengsdorf
Registration: Till 7.45 a.m. On the day of the event or through the form below
Paticipation fee: € 10,- incl. Certificate, free path to the open-air pool for low cost on request: medal, bath towel
Route: Very divercified route through forests, fields and villages, very demanding!
General: The run is not a competition i.e. can be determinatet personally . Refreshments along the route every 8.12 km e.g. water, tea, iso drinks, bananas Own refreshments can be disposed along the route Shower and changing facilities Additional programe for children
